In recent years, food safety issue has become a focus of the whole society in China. Chinese food industry is facing many challenges in the process of rapid development, including a big food industry base, high occurrence probability and showing level in case of food safety incidents, food source pollution difficult to control and easy to transfer to the whole industry chain, decentralized agricultural production mode resulting in increased difficulty in raw material traceability, unbalanced food processing industry due to rapid development, as well as loss of control of producers led by their blind pursuit of profit. To better react to food safety and quality problems, it is necessary for China to improve its food processing level rapidly.
